By creating an account or using FindMyPeer, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindMyPeer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
  • Use the platform to harm, exploit, or deceive other users
  • Attempt to access another user's account or private data
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the platform

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create (bio, quiz questions, letters). By posting content, you grant FindMyPeer a limited license to display it to other users as necessary for the platform's core features (e.g. showing your Vibe Card to potential matches).

5. Matching Is Not a Guarantee

FindMyPeer provides tools to help you discover compatible people based on quiz responses. We do not guarantee romantic outcomes, relationship success, or the accuracy of any other user's profile information.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including in cases of harassment, fake profiles, or other abusive behavior, with or without prior notice.

7. Sponsored Content

From time to time, certain gift card options within the platform may be sponsored by third-party brands. Sponsored content will be reasonably identifiable as such. FindMyPeer is not responsible for the products or services of third-party sponsors.

8. Limitation of Liability

FindMyPeer is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including interactions with other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
